About the Program

Classic is the most competitive U12-U18 soccer program offered by RCSA. The goal of the Classic Program is to improve individual skills through high-level training and a more challenging playing environment led by dedicated coaches. 

Classic coaches have significant coaching experience, playing experience, and a passion to share their skills with the children of Rutherford County.  Our coaches are focused on player development. 

Our Classic Program consists of two seasons.  The first-half of the program runs from early August and goes through early December.  The second-half runs from February and ends in May.  Classic teams practice twice a week for 120 minute sessions.

Tryouts

2024 - 2025 Travel Tryouts

Who:  Birth years 2007-2013 

When:  Wed. May 22  &  Thurs. May 23 from 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Where:  Summey Park (Forest City Dunbar School)

Attendees must have shin guards, soccer ball and soccer cleats to tryout.  Players also need to bring water.

Foothills FC Travel Fee

The Foothills FC fees are due when you accept a roster spot.

The price per player for Travel consists of the cost of coach's pay, state fees, referee fees, tournament fee (1), field maintenance, NCYSA registration and insurance.  
(Please Note: Uniforms are purchased separately by the player.  A link to the uniform company's website will be sent to each player once the team has enough players committed.)
